I can’t stress enough how great of an experience it was working with James and Covered Roofing. If you want someone that feels like they actually cares about you and your home, check them out. I had a full roof replacement performed without insurance. They made sure I was taken care of.

We are so happy with the services we received from Covered Roofing that words just aren't enough. We had hail damage to our roof and our insurance gave us the run around.

AFTER their adjuster agreed we needed a new roof. James was kind enough to guide us in the right direction to fight them (which we didn't know we could) and after almost 2 years, we had our settlement. James (owner), Nick (project manager) and both crews (roofing and painting) were outstanding to do business with. Everything was explained up front; crews were here on time every day and cleaned up so well that you would never have known they were here - except for the beautiful new roof and beautiful new color! Caesar and his painting crew were top-notch. Our 1966 ranch house had a LOT of

places to caulk - and let me tell you they went through so many cases of caulking! James was kind enough to guide us through coordinating color choices on the new shingle, gutter and house colors - It looks so good that we smile every time we walk outside. We have so many beautiful before and after shots - It was hard to narrow it down to a few for this review! Thank you James, Nick, Caesar and both crews for making our home safe and beautiful again! I promise you will not be disappointed with their services - Hands down, best contractor we ever used (and I an 62 and have had my share!)

This company is one in a million. I normally do not leave reviews, but I have also never met a more honest and kind hearted roofing company like this. They just did the most amazing job on my parents roof. The owner has the patience of Job, and I would reccomend their work to anyone and everyone that needs it. It is very difficult in this day and age to find an honest company to do this work, and I know from experience that this is one of them. I cannot get over the amount of knowledge, and experience that these guys bring to the table, and anyone would be making a mistake, if they used any other roofing company to do the job. Our situation began before Hurricane Harvey slammed into the Gulf. We have homeowner's insurance, and they did their due by sending their adjuster out and he later sent us a follow-up letter stating they'd offer us a ridiculously crumb of $377 for our roof repairs. Our tiles were lifting and worn out - the roof had met its term and needed to be replaced. One Sunday morning we were about to leave for church when my mom said, "I think I hear water dripping from the rain on my ceiling". My husband goes into the attic and sure enough there was a leak - he put a bowl there until we could do something later. After church my husband put a piece of aluminum foil over the hole (we laughed but it worked). I was put in touch initially with James and his team in October of 2017 and met with the inspector, the following week a young man came and took lots of pictures. Due to the massive devastation of homes in our area we knew and understood that we wouldn't hear anything for a while, but we counted ourselves extremely blessed in comparison to others who had lost everything. But once they got things going it went quickly and so efficiently. We met with James on Friday, April 20th and his crew was out here on Monday morning 7 AM. They were all over this place and working hard. They were completely finished in 1-1/2 days and cleaned up completely. James is a Godsend, and his team of men were highly qualified, polite and efficient. James explained the entire process and showed us the materials they would use - high quality stuff. James is a man of high integrity, and he has a crew that is of same caliber. I cannot thank them enough for helping us protect our home and the new roof looks AMAZING!

I left a review a few months ago wishing I had 2 roofs so I could have this company work for me again and my wish came true when my grandparents needed a new roof. From start to finish these guys oozed a level or professionalism unmatched by any other roofing company out there. Not only did they start by helping my elderly grandparents get all their paperwork in order after their roof was damaged in a storm, but they worked with the insurance company to make sure they got everything they deserved. And don't even get me started on the replacing the roof part. The roof is finished and it looks awesome. Everything matches the color of the house. They replaced all the vent pipes that needed replacing and painted everything else to match. And as far as the clean up went, well let me tell you honey child, you can't even tell they were there. They went through the entire property with a magnet to make sure they got every single nail. I can't thank them enough. And I hope I can get them more business from the neighbors so I can have the pleasure of seeing a real roofing company in action again.

Juan Ariza with Covered Roofing did a great job helping me through the new roof replacement process. He helped along every step of the way from filing the claim with the insurance company, daily showing up to check on progress and final walk-through inspection. Juan was always extremely pleasant during his visits. I would recommend Covered Roofing to friends and anyone else who needs a new roof.

Covered roofing LLC was a lifesaver back in May when we had 2 weeks of torrential storms and rain. We had a bad leak in our roof due to improperly installed shingles and pipe vent boot by our builder (our house is less than 4 years old.) There was water standing on our expensive woods floors for a few hours and thankfully there was no permanent damage to the floors but our entire hallway ceiling was soaked. Covered roofing was able to come out much faster than other companies and di a temporary patch as the rains were still coming. Within 2 days, they were able to time the storms and fixed the roof permanently. The hallway ceiling was fixed to perfection and looked brand new. Each time they came to our house, Nick the project manager promptly followed up to ensure the job was done timely and to our satisfaction. This is a great Christian company who treats you with respect, will give you a quote before doing work. The icing on the cake was the beautifully decorated cross handmade by a ministry in Haiti that this company supports, it hangs in the hallway they fixed!

Covered Roofing put a beautiful new roof on my home in August 2020. Juan Ariza was my sales rep and he was super helpful throughout the process. He helped me navigate through filing and getting approved with my insurance company. Juan was a great communicator and constantly in touch throughout the process, showing up to the job site daily to inspect. I would recommend Covered Roofing to, everyone. I know of 3 neighbors who have also used Covered Roofing and they all had the same great experience.

The team at Covered Roofing was a joy to work with from my sales represenitive, Daniel, the owner of the company, James. From day one they worked with me, my insurance company, and the adjuster/investigator, to present documentation from my insurance company to review in hopes of excepting my insurance claim. My house had he original roof on it, 21 years old and had two leaks in the room and one in the master bathroom closet. Ron, Nick, Daniel and Jason were in constant communication with me during this process to let me know how things were going. Once the claim was excepted and the insurance company sent out a repair estimate Ron and Daniel went over the estimate with me. They answered all my questions and even upgraded some of the materials over what the insurance had recommended without cost. Once the job was done Jason came over to inspect the inside and outside of my house, including the two leaks in the master bedroom and utility room, which were repaired and looked beautiful. They cleaned up the yard and power-washed the driveway. You would have never known they had been there. I did notice a cosmetic problem around the chimney I mentioned it to Ron and Jason and the next day James the owner, Nick and Jason were at my house making my chimney beautiful. They didn't know it, but it happened to be my birthday. What a great birthday present!! I highly recommend all the people I worked with. They were professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and very kind to a retired lady that did not know a thing about roofing.

My son told me to give James Hedinger a call since he had two roofs installed by Covered Roofing and highly recommended them. I'm glad I did. They did an awesome job for me. My house had the original roof, it was over 30 years old. Our new roof looks so good really helped the looks of our house. I have a neighbor and friend that kept coming over to "inspect". Who told me several times, "Those guys really know what they are doing, They are doing a really good job". If you need a new roof, I highly recommend this company. They do not leave a mess when they are finished. They do a thorough clean up before they leave.

here are not enough words in the dictionary to describe the joy you, Covered Roofing, have brought to Ken and I. You stood by us every step of the way during our repairs from the May 2016 storm that hit our area. I can't praise Scott and his son, Andrew enough. He not only did a job well done but surpassed all goals he set before himself to do a great job. He went out of his way in helping us. He went beyond what any other company out there would had done. Scott knew what jobs had to be completed yet went a step further in creating the perfect home that we so desperately needed. With my husbands disabilities, Scott saw my husband needed help. He placed a ramp at our front door, gave my husband a walk in shower, and made sure he had wall mounted bars around the shower for my husband to hold on to. All of this from a loving concerned man. I could go on for days about the great service we received. I am very pleased with how Scott and those at Covered Roofing communicated with our insurance the entire time. With a clear understand with Covered Roofing, Scott, and our insurance we received many blessings after the storm that we thought destroyed us.
